Daniel Job is a lethal carrying winger from Nigeria currently dominating down the left for Kongsvinger in OBOS-ligaen, Norway’s 2nd tier. Kongsvinger, one of the most impressive teams in the league over the past couple years, got Job in a swap deal which saw them send Noa Williams to Sarpsborg in exchange for Job and €500k. Job has already scored 7 and assisted 6 in 16 matches so far this season.
Williams was Kongsviner’s left winger last season, and it’s fair to say Kongsviner got the better end of this deal despite Williams being one of the best wingers in 2025… Job seems to be better, have a higher ceiling, and is 3 years younger.

His turn of pace is unmatched in the league, with his velocity, low center of gravity running style, and an almost amoeba-like way of retaining possession and forward momentum allowing him to consistently destroy opponent defenses.
He could have difficulties adapting if players move from trying to take the ball off of him to trying to take him off the ball.
He is ready for the next step but it should be at a upper-table team in Top-Tier Scandinavia, or in a direct team in a more fast-paced transitional league like 2. Bundesliga, Belgian Pro League, or Eredivisie.
